Checked Off the List

Do you make to-do lists?  I often do, but not always.  Mostly when I'm feeling scatterbrained and need to lasso those runaway thoughts that are doing nothing but kicking up dust.

It was with pleasure that I was finally able to check the Sudoko quilt off the list.

It's done.  Yee-haw!

I used (among other stash/new) a five-pack of FQs that I found at my local Goodwill store for $1.49 (blogged HERE).

Blogging about this finish was on the list of things to do today.

Now I can mark that off too! :)

I'm linking up with Sarah's Can I Get A Whoop-Whoop? today.  Click the button and head on over for a visit or to link up!

Isn't it fun to check things off? Wow! Those are two great accomplishments today! Congratulations---the quilt is absolutely beautiful. Do you sell your quilts? You'd get lots o' money if you did!

Three cheers for you! That turned out great! Love the quilting! Really nice job! BTW, was the thread OK? I still haven't ordered, but have a virtual shopping cart full and am about ready to commit.

Also, I make lots and lots of lists all the time, or else I will forget what I am supposed to be doing.

Again, really lovely finish. Those fabrics are sew much fun.

Great quilt... I love the pops of blue and the big border!
I make lists and then forget to look at them:)

Love the fabrics in your Soduko! Really great! Also, as a suggestion for your black & white quilt, maybe straight line to contrast the circles - like 3/4" apart? I haven't tried that yet but it looks great when finished.

You do the Sudoku quilt so well! I like the sparkle of the blue green in this one. I think the matching on the backseam was incredible! That's one that I say I couldn't have it match like that if I tried, P. My dd has that umbrella print in her stash, too.
Hope your day is great :-}pokey

Your quilt looks and the quilting looks perfect :) That is the only way I can get things done is to make a list.

Doesn't if feel so good when all things get crossed off the to do list? As long as it keeps changing, that always makes me feel good. I LOVE your quilt! Great finish.

Great job! I love your color & fabric choices!

I have been told that to-do list is a 4 letter word & not to use it ;)

A fellow list maker! I sometimes think I would get more done if I worked on things rather than making lists of what I shuld be doing :) This quilt turned out lovely! Nice one to scratch from the list!

I chuckled at your "about me" description :-) I, too, have to make lists a lot. Sometimes it's too intimidating, though. Congrats and Whoop Whoop! on a job well done!

I plan to make a Sudoku quilt for my daughter in law for Christmas. She is a big fan of the puzzle. Love these colors, gives me great ideas. You have done a great job with your nice round meanders. It's hard to keep them nice and evenly spaced. Good job. Oh, one more thing. I have to make a list before I go to my basement store room to get peaches, or I forget and bring up tomatoes. Yikes!

It came out so wonderful! What a big project to have off of your summer list. Thank you for sharing its progress with us. It makes the finished quilt post so much more special.

Awesome! What a lovely set of fabrics in that quilt.

As for to do lists, I used to make them ~ until I realized I never paid attention to them AFTER I made them. LOL!
